Given the wonderful diversity of our restaurant partners,  we have resources that understand the origins of ALL Holidays & Celebrations! 
We think of American Holidays since we get the day off of school or work (sometimes).  Our partners also celebrate the holidays from their country of origin, with ethnic foods and events. It is a great experience to understand how different countries celebrate their special days, and we would like to help educate and have some fun with it by trying the different dishes created for each unique celebration.  Our news letters will start to list ethnic special holidays with food selections that are traditionally appropriate. As an Italian American I get that you have pasta on Christmas, but I was sitting with Maria, the owner of the Eagle's Nest, who was telling me about all of the Albanian special days and how they are celebrated.  She asked us to start looking into renting space and serving ethnic dinners for special occasions. This will be another focus of our this year.
